This was the last program I tried. By this point I'll be honest, I was getting a bit frustrated. I had learned some valuable techniques and digested a lot of information but I was still having my panic attacks once in awhile. I really wanted them to be gone forever!

I was very skeptical at this point, but decided to give Panic Away a try. Let me say, I am very glad I did!

The price was $67.95, which was much cheaper then the last product I ordered. I also felt I got a lot more value with this purchase because it included so much material.

I was able to instantly download the Panic Away Manual, several panic away video presentations and several audio tapes which you can listen to while driving. The thing that set this product apart from the rest was the $150 coaching voucher that comes with your purchase.

After downloading the material I started right in. I knew right off the bat that this was a much higher quality product then the rest I had tried. It made sense to me and it explained everything in a way I could understand. There was a lot more material, including the videos and audio to get through, but it was worth it.

A month after finishing the program, I no longer have panic attacks!

Customer support was awesome, I usually received a reply the same day, or early the next day.

I highly suggest this program to anyone suffering from the symptoms of panic attacks or anxiety. Even if you think you may have anxiety or panic issues, I urge you to give this a try. It will change your life.

The Panic Puzzle - Review

The 2nd product I tried was The Panic Puzzle.

The Panic Puzzle offered a lot more then the 1st product I tried. To me it showed real promise.

It was really expensive, at a whopping $87! I almost didn't try the program because of the cost, but when I thought about it, I'd really pay just about anything to get over my panic attacks.

Once again I was able to get access to the material right after I paid for it. This was definitely a plus, as I didn't want to wait several days to get started.

This program had a lot more to it then The Anxiety Lie and I could understand what it was saying much better. They included an audio session called Rescue that you can listen to while having your panic attack. The audio session walks you through your anxiety or panic attack so that you can get over it as quickly as possible. This was really helpful for me.

Customer support was a again a tad slow, but didn't take as long to get back to me as before. The answers to my questions were satisfactory.

Overall this program gave me more tools to use against my panic attacks, but I still had not conquered my symptoms after finishing the course.

The Anxiety Lie - Review

This was the first program that I tried. This is a review of the product from my experience.

This product claimed to reveal the truth about anxiety and panic attacks and to cut through the BS. They say that lot's of other books and programs just give you feel good garbage and nothing useful. So I thought this would be worth a look.

You can either have all of the CD's and books mailed to you for $97 or you can download all of the material right after paying for $67. I opted to go for the $67 option, since I was anxious to get access to the material and start reading.

The guide had some very good material in it, things that I had not thought about before. The guide was a bit lengthy and I found myself losing focus once in awhile.

After I finished this program, I still felt like something was being left out. I didn't have all the answers and techniques I needed. I had also attempted to contact customer support and it took them several days to reply, which really turned me off.

Hello,

My name is Daniel. I'm a 37 year old restaurant manager and father of 2.

Since as far back as I can remember I've suffered from panic and anxiety attacks. I've had issues dealing with anxiety and a whole slew of anxiety symptoms for the past 10 years or more.

Over the years I didn't really even understand what was wrong with me and I just dealt with it. After some time my panic attacks were causing me difficulty at work and in social situations, so I decided to seek help. I saw a therapist that specialized in my symptoms. I tried the things that he suggested, but nothing ever worked.

The last few years I've tried several programs and spend $100's of dollars attempting to get self help for my panic attacks. Many of these programs didn't work for whatever reason, but there were several that were very helpful and one that worked amazingly well, teaching me how to cure my panic attacks permanently.

I've been through this before and I know how terrible it can be to have to deal with panic attacks and feeling like you have no control over the anxiety.
