The Anxiety Lie - Review

This was the first program that I tried. This is a review of the product from my experience.

This product claimed to reveal the truth about anxiety and panic attacks and to cut through the BS. They say that lot's of other books and programs just give you feel good garbage and nothing useful. So I thought this would be worth a look.

You can either have all of the CD's and books mailed to you for $97 or you can download all of the material right after paying for $67. I opted to go for the $67 option, since I was anxious to get access to the material and start reading.

The guide had some very good material in it, things that I had not thought about before. The guide was a bit lengthy and I found myself losing focus once in awhile.

After I finished this program, I still felt like something was being left out. I didn't have all the answers and techniques I needed. I had also attempted to contact customer support and it took them several days to reply, which really turned me off.
