My name is Daniel. I'm a 37 year old restaurant manager and father of 2.
Since as far back as I can remember I've suffered from panic and anxiety attacks. I've had issues dealing with anxiety and a whole slew of anxiety symptoms for the past 10 years or more.
Over the years I didn't really even understand what was wrong with me and I just dealt with it. After some time my panic attacks were causing me difficulty at work and in social situations, so I decided to seek help. I saw a therapist that specialized in my symptoms. I tried the things that he suggested, but nothing ever worked.
The last few years I've tried several programs and spend $100's of dollars attempting to get self help for my panic attacks. Many of these programs didn't work for whatever reason, but there were several that were very helpful and one that worked amazingly well, teaching me how to cure my panic attacks permanently.
I'm going to rate these programs using the following criteria:

Quality
Effectiveness
Ease of Use
Support
I've been through this before and I know how terrible it can be to have to deal with panic attacks and feeling like you have no control over the anxiety. I want to help people figure out how to overcome their panic and anxiety issues and feel like a whole new person. I hope my reviews help and that you have similar results, good luck!

ReplyDeleteHey, it´s great what you are doing. And sometimes is hard to understand why people like you, with a family and a nice job would suffer from this anxiety that nobody knows where it comes from. You are a role model, because you worked hard to get your Panic disorder out of your life, and after a lot of effort, you accomplished it.
ReplyDeleteIt´s nicer that now you wanna help other people, it´s not that you just forgot about the whole deal because is no longer bothering you, you want to help others, and that is remarkable.
